These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Project Pro, including the macOS desktop application, the interactive web workspace, and this website, provided by Stackwares.

1. Software License and Ownership

When you purchase or download Project Pro for macOS, Stackwares grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the application on compatible Mac hardware you own or control. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and code remain the property of Stackwares.

2. Apple Standard End User License Agreement

For copies of Project Pro obtained via the Mac App Store, your purchase, download, and license are also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple handles payment processing, store delivery, and refund requests according to its store policies.

3. Your Content and Projects

You retain full ownership of all data, text, files, and project structures you create or import into Project Pro. Stackwares claims no intellectual property rights over any materials you manage within the software.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent security mechanisms in the software, except where permitted by applicable law. You may not distribute, lease, or resell the application without prior written permission from Stackwares.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Project Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stackwares does not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Stackwares be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the software.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of Project Pro after modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
